Common questions about franchise ownership and what to expect
To secure your desired location, a Php 150,000 reservation fee is required. Once paid, our opening manager will coordinate directly with the leasing office on your behalf and assist in negotiating terms to secure the best possible space for your branch.
If your preferred location is unavailable, you may provide us with your top three target locations. Our team will actively assist you in exploring alternative spaces within those areas or nearby high-potential sites that match our store requirements.
Yes, the initial inventory is included in your franchise package. This is typically sufficient for approximately one week of operations, depending on sales volume.
You may visit our office for a complimentary bingsu tasting and contract signing. If visiting isn’t convenient, we can send the contract to you and arrange delivery through couriers such as Lalamove or LBC. Once signed and notarized, it will be processed accordingly.
From contract signing to lease securing and store construction, the minimum timeline is approximately 6 weeks. The exact timeframe may vary depending on how quickly the lessor approves and releases the commercial space.
For franchisees in the Visayas and Mindanao regions, we operate a Cebu commissary that supplies products efficiently to ensure consistent quality and availability.
Our R&D and Marketing teams work closely together to study market trends, seasonal demand, and emerging flavors. We continuously develop new, trendy, and in-season offerings to keep the menu exciting and competitive year-round.
Halo-halo uses crushed ice, which tends to be chunky and grainy. Bingsu, on the other hand, uses finely shaved milk-based snow, resulting in a softer, creamier, and melt-in-your-mouth texture — delivering a completely different dessert experience.
Most of our key ingredients — including our bingsu machine, syrups, and specialty components — are imported directly from Korea to maintain authenticity, consistency, and premium quality.
